How to Connect?
Step 1: Install the Motor
- Mount the motor on your existing curtain track or rod (as per the user manual).
- Plug in the device and ensure it’s powered on.
Step 2: Download the App
- Download the Fix By Tech Smart app (or compatible app like Tuya Smart or Smart Life) from the App Store or Google Play.
Step 3: Create/Log In to Your Account
- Open the app and create an account or log in.
Step 4: Add the Device
- Tap the “+” icon to add a new device.
- Select “Curtain Motor” or “Smart Curtain” from the list.
- Put the motor into pairing mode (usually by pressing and holding a button until the light blinks).
Step 5: Connect to Wi-Fi
- Choose your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5GHz) and enter the password.
- The app will begin pairing with the device. Wait for confirmation.
Step 6: Name & Customize
- Name your curtain motor (e.g., “Living Room Curtains”).
- Set open/close limits and schedule preferences in the app.
Step 7: Integrate with Smart Home Platforms (Optional)
- Link the app to Google Home, Amazon Alexa, or Apple HomeKit.
