• Download the App: Search for and install the Fixbytech Smart Home app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Plug In the Device: Insert the Fixbytech Smart Plug into a standard power outlet.
• Open the App & Create Account: Launch the app and sign up or log in to your Fixbytech account.
• Add New Device: Tap the “Add Device” button and select Smart Plug from the device list.
• Connect to Wi-Fi: Follow on-screen instructions to connect the smart plug to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.(Note: 5GHz networks are not supported.)
• Confirm Connection: Wait for the indicator light on the plug to turn solid, confirming a successful connection.
• Control & Customize: Use the app to name your plug, set schedules, timers, or connect with voice assistants like Alexa or Google Assistant.
